What if my ship arrives late?
We track your ship’s actual arrival in real time, not just the schedule. If your ship is delayed we adjust the start time automatically, you won’t lose time and you don’t pay extra. Our certified port access lets us wait inside the terminal area.
Will I get back to the ship on time?
Yes. We build a 60-minute safety buffer into every shore excursion. We’ve handled thousands of cruise passengers and never missed an all-aboard call.
My ship docks at Tangier Med, not Tangier city. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We meet cruise passengers at Tangier Med every week with full port access certification. Tangier Med is 40 km from the city centre, we factor that drive time into your tour.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
No minimum, we run private shore excursions for solo travellers, couples, families and groups of 15 or more. The per-person price drops significantly for larger groups.
Can we customize the itinerary?
Every shore excursion is private and 100% customisable. Focus on photography, skip the camel ride, add a cooking class, just tell us when you book or even on the day.
What's the difference between booking with you vs. through the cruise line?
Price, group size and quality. Cruise-line excursions are typically two to three times more expensive, run with 30 to 50 people on a bus and follow a rigid script. We are private, fully flexible and led by Ministry-licensed local guides.
What languages do your guides speak?
All of our guides speak English, French, Spanish and Arabic fluently. German and Italian-speaking guides are available with advance booking.
How do we pay? Is a deposit required?
No deposit and no prepayment. You confirm your shore excursion by message, and you pay your guide in cash on the day of the tour, after you meet at the port. We accept euros, US dollars and Moroccan dirhams.
What should we bring on the shore excursion?
Bring comfortable walking shoes, sun protection and your ship’s all-aboard time. For mosque and palace areas we suggest modest clothing that covers shoulders and knees. We provide bottled water, and your guide handles everything else.
Do you offer Tangier shore excursions in winter or low season?
Yes, we run shore excursions all year round, including the winter cruise season. Tangier stays mild in winter, and the quieter months mean fewer crowds at the Kasbah, the Caves of Hercules and Chefchaouen.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our tour?
Tours run in light rain, and your guide simply reorders the day to favour covered sites like the Medina, the Kasbah Museum and the cafés of the Petit Socco. If your ship cancels its call at Tangier for any reason, you owe nothing.
